About Village Concepts Consultants
Regenia Rawlinson established Village Concepts Consultants (VCC) in 1997 with the mission of helping students, parents, and teachers thrive. With the guiding principle that “We are All in This Together,” VCC is driven by the belief that everyone can be empowered to “Be Somebody to Someone.” One word, one action, or one moment can change someone’s life, and VCC is dedicated to making that impact through consulting, professional development, and keynote services for schools, organizations, and businesses. Each of these services is inspired by Regenia Rawlinson's insightful books, which you can explore in more detail on our website at villagec.com.
We at VCC believe in the importance of legacy—that what we pass down shapes the mindset of future generations. Without positive intervention, negative cycles can persist, creating barriers that affect many lives.
With this in mind, Regenia Rawlinson founded The Koi Institute, a division of VCC, in 2020. The Koi Institute calls on people of all backgrounds to become Mindset Change Agents (KMCA), to help others shift from toxic mindsets to healthier ones. Visit our YouTube channel (@koiinstitute), and be sure to like and subscribe for video content designed to support positive mindset transformations.
Additionally, VCC offers The Village Shop, an online space where you can find Regenia Rawlinson’s books, and original quote t-shirts. Follow this link to browse and shop at The Village Shop. (https://villagec.com/shop)
