Regenia Rawlinson's journey began in a close-knit, under-resourced farming community, where she grew up as one of seventeen siblings under the care of hardworking parents. Those humble beginnings taught her something invaluable: our mindset, our relationships, and our sense of interconnectedness are the most powerful forces for personal and communal growth. This belief has been the quiet engine behind every chapter of her life.
Over a career spanning decades, Regenia has worn many hats—award-winning classroom teacher, school counselor, district administrator, educational consultant, and international conference keynote speaker. Her work has carried her across local, state, national, and international platforms, where she has served as a trusted voice supporting children, families, and professionals.
Through working with people from all walks of life, Regenia has cultivated a deep spiritual connection that shapes how she sees the world. As an author of eleven books and six eBooks, and with over 30 years of experience, Regenia has dedicated her career to helping people from diverse backgrounds. She has guided schools in fostering positive climates, uncovered the hidden causes of generational poverty, and developed innovative strategies to mitigate its lasting impacts.
Regenia resides in South Carolina with her husband, David. They are proud parents of three adult children and delighted grandparents, cherishing the legacy that family creates.
