About Village Concepts Consultants

Regenia Rawlinson founded Village Concepts Consultants (VCC) in 1997 originally to help students, parents, and teachers succeed. VCC has worked tirelessly to communicate the message that “We are All in this Together.” The company exists to help everyone “Be Somebody to Someone” and is motivated by the belief that we can all play a part in helping others flourish. At VCC, we believe one word, one action, one moment, or one instance can change the trajectory of somebody’s life! VCC provides consulting, professional development services, and keynotes to schools, organizations, and companies based on books written by Regenia Rawlinson. You can learn more about each of these topics as you browse our website at villagec.com. At VCC, we also believe that what we pass down influences and helps shape the mindset of others. Our mindset, to a large degree, determines how our lives will unfold. Without intervention, damaging messages can continue to create obstacles in the lives of many generations.

Thus, Regenia Rawlinson founded The Koi Institute in 2020. She is calling on all, irrespective of race, creed, color, or gender to become members of The Koi Institute (a division of VCC) and to sign up as Koi Mindset Change Agents (KMCA). VCC also offers a place on the web where people can shop for books by Regenia Rawlinson, handmade one-of-a-kind items by Regenia’s talented sisters, and t-shirts with original quotes. Click on this link to shop and browse at The Village Shop. Many other items will be coming soon.
